丙烯腈聚合过程的先进控制

摘    要:
介绍丙烯腈聚合过程基于模型的先进控制系统的构成、功能模块及各模型的作用,并列举了转化率的预测模型和估计模型,它们可分别用于闭环控制和校正模型参数,现场实验结果表明本系统改善了产品质量。

Abstract:
This paper presents the configuration, models and functions of a model-based advanced process control system for acrylonitrile polymerization. The predictive and estimative models for conversion are also described as examples. They are used for closed-loop control and for correcting models parameters respectively. Experimental results on-site show that the advanced process control system has improved the product quality.
