| Abstract: | The importance of developing the reading activities for constructing a county public library was emphasized in this paper. With the analysis, the author made, of the obstructive factors for the local county libraries to carry out a reading activity, the writer proposes several methods of carrying out a reading activity as well as the problems that may occur when it takes. |
