摘    要:前期研究中,作者经过大量标准试块的试验研究得到了福建地区超声回弹综合法的测强曲线,但其中并未考虑碳化的影响。而实际工程建筑的构件难免会受到不同程度的碳化影响,不同的碳化也将使得超声和回弹测量值发生变化而影响预测精度。因此,本文对若干实际工程进行了超声回弹测试并测定了碳化值,最后对构件取芯并测得芯样强度,在考虑碳化的影响下给出了修正后的福建地区超声回弹综合法测强曲线。研究表明修正后的曲线与实测值可以较好吻合,相对误差也满足了规范误差限值要求。

Abstract:In the previous study, a regional prediction curve of Fujian province has been provided based on the experimental results. However, the carbonation effect is neglect in the previous study. For a particular concrete component, the carbonation effect is considered to be an inevitable factor which has a great influence on the strength, as well as the measured rebound and ultrasonic values. Therefore, the Ultrasonic-rebound combined method is applied to some real projects, carbonation depth and the core strength of the components are measured. A modified regional prediction curve is proposed by taking into account different levels of carbonation depth. The comparison results show that the modified curve has great agreement with the measured core strength, and the low error can meet the requirement of the corresponding code and thus the applicability of the modified curve is validated.
