摘    要:应用二维数字图像处理技术,对采用Marshall击实、振动压实、旋转压实和轮碾压实等不同压实方法沥青混合料内部结构特性进行了分析和评价,并与真实路面结构内部特性进行对比.发现不同成型方法得到的沥青混合料试件内部体积特性差异较大.结果表明数字图像处理技术可以很好地评价沥青混合料的内部结构特性.提出了数字图像处理技术对于促进沥青混合料设计与生产技术进步的可行性与重要性,并对这一技术的发展做了预测.

Abstract:The digital image processing technique was applied to analyze and evaluate the internal structure properties of asphalt mixes. The properties of different asphalt mixes specimens made with Marshall compaction, vibration compaction, gyratory compaction, and roller compaction methods were evaluated and compared with real asphalt pavement. It is found that the internal structure properties with different compaction method have great differences. The results indicate that the digital image processing technique is an effective way in evaluating the internal structure properties of asphalt mixes. The feasibility and importance of the digital image processing technique to enhance the asphalt mix design and improve the practical techniques are pointed out. Predictions are made on the development of this technique.
