摘    要:本文研究一类水火电系统的最比开发规划问题,以黄河上游龙-青段梯级水电站群 升发规划研究为背景,建立了这类问题的一个非线性混合整数规划模型;根据西北地 区电力系统的实际资料,求解该问题,可优选出今后二十年内,该电力系统中计划建 设的新电站的顺序,各电站装机容量的大小及与水电站相应的水库的特征参数.

Abstract:In this article, a model of the optimal expansion of a hydro-thermal power system for North-west electric power system(mainly for long-qin of Yellow River Hydro-stage power system)is presented, which is model (P) in the article. By the model, one can get the long-term optimal expansion plan of a hydro-thermal elec- tric power system, which is similar to the North-west's, and the reasonable pro- portion between hydro power and thermal power, and optimal choice of the hydro and thermal electric power resources. One can determine the order of construction of the generation plants, the scale of each plant, and the characteristic paramet- ers of the reservoirs, respectively corresponding to each hydro electric power station, and so on. The model is a non-linear mined integer programming. We suggest two kinds of methdos for solving the model-segment approaching method and Quadratic iterative method, and have developed a series of computer software -SWPLAN.
