摘    要:针对液压系统工作过程中存在的各种能量损失及这些能量损失所带来的危害。提出了提高液压系统节能与工效的主要措施,包括提高液压系统动力装置的效率,设计新的或改进液压系统,控制液压设备的泄漏,提高液压油的洁净度,采用新型控制元件及新型高水基液压油等。

Abstract:In the light of various energy loss existing in the work of the hydraulic system and the harms caused by the energy loss, this paper puts forward the main measures for the energy conservation and work-efficiency increase of the hydraulic system, including the increase of the efficiency of the power unit of the hydraulic system, the design or improvement of the hydraulic system, the control of the leakage of the hydraulic unit, the increase of the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil, and the adoption of the new-type control components and new-type high water-based hydraulic oil, etc.
