| 摘 要： | 文章介绍和研究了非谐和间歇滑动输送机的工作原理;分析了物料在间歇滑动输送机上运动的特征,得到了物料滑动的平均速度;进一步讨论了物料运动参数的优化,以达到既能提高输送效率,又可减少磨损、降低能耗的目的,为该类输送机的设计生产提供理论依据和参数。

| Abstract: | The working principle of a non-harmonic slip-stick conveyor is studied.The kinetic characters of the material on the slip-stick conveyor are analyzed,and the average slip velocity of the material is obtained.In order to improve the conveyor's transportation efficiency and reduce its abrasion,optimization of the material's movement parameters is discussed by taking a conveyor in a certain plant as a model.The results provide a theoretical basis for design and production of such conveyors. |
