摘    要: 为了充分发挥多普勒天气雷达在防洪减灾中的应用优势,数据质量控制的研究有着深远的意义。针对多普勒雷达数据短缺、异常点 、晴空回波等质量问题,提出了数据短缺的插补延长方法、异常点回波处理方法和格网点基础回波处理法。并应用GIS方法实现了 流域格网化和子流域划分,对比分析了多普勒雷达估测降雨数据和雨量计自记雨量数据,研究结果表明,多普勒雷达和雨量计对降 雨过程的监测能力相关性较好,多普勒雷达更能展现流域降雨的时空分布。

Abstract:The research on radar data quality control is significant for exerting the advantages of Doppler Weather Radar in preventing flood and mitigating disaster . On the basis of displaying and analyzing radar data, this study has found some data problems, such as data drop, abnormal echo, and fine day echo. In order to improve radar data quality, the study introduces interpolation method for data drop, smoothness method for abnormal point echo and a method called grid basis echo processing which could eliminate fine day echo through analyzing radar data. The study has also carried out basin gridding and sub -basin division. Additionally, radar precipitation estimation and rain-gauge precipitation have been compared. The results show that both radar and rain gauge have ability for surveiling precipitation, and radar precipitation estimation has a better representation for the spatial distribution of the precipitation over the whole basin.
