| 摘 要： | 社会主义和谐社会是一个公平的社会、稳定的社会、人本的社会、利益协调的社会，更是一个法治的社会。和谐社会的实现和运转需要法治机制支撑。法治是社会和谐的前提和基础。我们应通过立法、守法和司法等重要环节，加强法治建设，彰显法治精神，协调利益关系，促进社会和谐、稳定和有序发展。

| Abstract: | Socialism concordant society is on one hand a fair, humanist society coordinating the benefits from all sides ; on the other hand it is a society of nomoctacy. While nomoctacy is the necessary condition and foundation of concordant society. We should strengthen nomoctacy construction, coordinate benefits, promotes society to develop concordandy, steady and orderly through legislation, lawabidingness and jurisdiction. |
