| 摘 要： | 科技与经济的全球化使区域性高校面临严峻的形势,从观念更新到创新机制的建立势在必行.从约束机制为主到激励机制,从教学过程的被动学习到自主学习,需要改变传统的教学管理体制.实施“以人为本”的创新教育是一项系统工程,区域性高校在该过程中应当发挥天然的优势.

| Abstract: | The serious situation of the globalization of science and technology and that of economy make it very necessary for regional universities and colleges to renovate old ideas and to establish new systems.It is necessary to change the traditional pedagogic managing system in order to substitute stimulation system for controlling system and independent study for passive study in teaching and learning process.It is a systematic project to carry out the innovation education of"taking personality as the first important thing"and regional universities and colleges ought to exert their unparalleled preponderance in the project. |
