| Abstract: | The spiritual civilization construction in colleges and universities in Guizhou should develip into a higher level, in a way of standardization and systematization. To do this, the principal of "seeking the truth from the facts" should be pursued, innovative spirits be encouraged, and the environment surrounding the campus be improved. Furthermore, from the viewpoint of systems engineering, the spiritual civilization construction needs continuous efforts and sound material and fund support. |
