| 摘 要： | 酒店前厅部的工作涉及到酒店对客服务的诸多方面,因此"酒店前厅服务"是一门实操性很强的课程。论文在对前厅服务员角色进行分析的基础上,揭示了角色扮演法的意义和作用,提出了在"酒店前厅服务"课程运用角色扮演法时要注意的一些问题。
