浅议竞技体育中的不文明执教现象及摒弃对策

运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、综合分析法对竞技体育中不文明执教的表现方式、危害、产生根源以及摒弃方法进行了分析与讨论,笔者建议为了消除运动训练中的不文明执教,要将＂师德建设＂纳入到教练员队伍的建设之中,同时要注重制度化建设以提高教练员从业门槛、建立常态化的监督机制以及明确惩罚措施,来规范教练员的行为。

Discussion of the Uncivilized Coaching Phenomenon in Sports and Abandon Countermeasures

Uses the method of documentation,expert interview method,the teaching of comprehensive analysis of sports in rough form,harm and produce roots,and abandon the method are analyzed and discussed,I propose to eliminate the uncivilized coached sports training,to＂moral construction＂into coaches construction,and to focus on institutional building practitioners to raise the threshold of the coaches to establish monitoring mechanisms and normalization clear punitive measures to regulate the behavior of coaches.
