金属离子存在下甾体仿酶模型催化酯水解的动力学研究

摘    要:在许多天然酶中,由于金属离子的存在,对其催化活性有较大的影响.在前期合成的仿酶模型1,2,3,4,5]的基础上,考察了金属离子(Zn2 、N i2 、Cu2 、Fe3 )对仿酶模型1,2,3,4,5]催化羧酸酯6,7,8,9,10,11]水解反应的影响,以寻求新型的甾体仿酶模型.

Abstract:Significant effects can be found in the catalysis activities of natural enzymes due to the presence of metal ions.Based on the enzyme model() proposed before.The catalysis effect of enzyme model() to hydrolysis of acetates in the presence of metal ions(Zn~(2 ),Ni~(2 ),Cu~(2 ),Fe~(3 )) is examined.It is useful to seek perfect enzyme model.
