| 摘 要： | 川陕革命根据地,是中国共产党领导、川陕苏区军民共同创建的中华苏维埃共和国第二大根据地.在这个根据地存在的两年多时间里,邮电事业迅速发展,在建立组织、巩固机构、开办业务、建立体制、严肃纪律、发行报刊、建立邮政网络等方面做了大量的工作,成为川陕革命斗争的重要力量,为中国人民邮电事业的初创作出了重要的贡献.

| Abstract: | The Chuan-Shan Revolutionary Base is the second largest in the Soviet Republic of China, created by the CPC and the army and the people.Within over two years, the post and telecommunications service develops quickly in such aspects as organization building, institution consolidation, running service, system building, strict discipline, distribution of books and magazines, and postal network.It's great power in the struggle and plays an important part in its initiation. |
