超环面行星蜗杆传动的多目标优化设计研究

摘    要:提出了超环面行星蜗杆传动以减速器体积最小和啮合齿面间相对速度最小为目标确定传动参数的多目标优化设计方法,建立了基于多目标优化设计的数学模型.通过优化模型求解,确定了超环面行星蜗杆减速器的最优参数.最后利用优化结果完成了减速器的设计和三维建模.

Abstract:Deals with the research on the optimum design for toroidal drive. The multi-objective optimum methodology has been proposed to determine the transmission parameters. The mathematical model for the multi-objective optimum design with the minimum volume of the reducer and minimum velocity between the meshing surface of the sun-worm and the planet worm-gear has been developed, and the optimum parameters have been obtained by solving the optimum mathematic model. Finally the design and 3D modeling of the toroidal drive has also been completed based on the optimization result.
