非稳恒电磁场的数学表达的新形式

基于电磁作用的有限传播速率性质探讨了非稳恒电磁场的内在规律,通过对平面带电板的充电过程和对螺线管的通电过程中附近电磁场的变化规律的数学分析,说明经典电磁学理论中关于电场和磁场的散度的描述在非稳恒电磁场中并不正确,推导出在非稳恒电磁场中由于电磁作用的有限传播速率而产生的电场强度矢量的散度和旋度的公式以及磁场强度矢量的散度和旋度的公式,引进了电位移电荷,电位移磁荷,磁位移电荷和磁位移磁荷等新的电磁学概念,给出了相应的体密度公式,给出了描述非稳恒电磁场的两个守恒公式,最后给出了新的电磁学方程组的数学表达式．

A new mathematical expression for nonstable electromagnetic field

This paper investigates the property of nonstable electromagnetic field based on the nature of limited transfer speed of electromagnetic effect.Through the mathematical analysis of a charge process of a plate and a electrify process of a solenoid,it is showed that the descrip- tion about the divergence of the electric field and the magnetic field in classical electromagnet- ics are incorrect in nonstable electromagnetic field.Based on the nature of limited transfer speed of electromagnetic effect,the formulas of the divergence and the rotation of the electric field and the magnetic field are given in this paper.Some new electromagnetic concepts are in- troduced,include electric displacement charge,electric displacement monopoles,magnetic displacement charge,magnetic displacement monopoles,the corresponding formulas about the volume density are given.Tow conservation formulas obtained about nonstable electromagnetic field,finally,the new electromagnetic equations are established in this paper.
