| 摘 要： | 课程统考是成人高等教育教学质量监控的重要手段。改学校统考为院系统考，由院系自主决定统考课程并实施统考，利大于弊，能有效地引导课程基础建设和学员自主学习。学校实施责任追究和不定期抽考应该是其趋利避弊的重要手段，是检查院系教学质量，强化成人高等教育教学质量监控的一项重要措施，也是进一步促进学校改进教学管理工作，提高教学质量的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Courses centralized examination is an important measure of teaching quality supervisory control of adult higher education.Centralized examination subjects decided by university have advantages over autonomously de- cided by departments.And it can effectively guide basic courses construction and students' autonomous learning. Carrying out responsibility investigation and irregularly selective examinations are important measures to check on the teaching quality of departments and strengthen teaching quality supervisory control of adult higher education.It is also an effective way to further promote teaching management and improve teaching quality. |
