| 摘 要： | 以λTriPIEx2^TM为载体,采用RT-PCR技术,构建了水稻成熟花粉的cDNA文库,此文库的滴度为1.2X1010pfu/mL,含插入片段的频率为97%,插入片段的大小为400bp-2500bp。

| Abstract: | A cDNA library were constructed from rice pollen through RT-PCR techniques. The library consisted of 1.2×1010 pfu/mL,in which 97% of the phages were recombinant. Insert sizes ranging from 400bp to 2500bp were obtained. All of the above mentioned accorded with the general requirements of cDNA library construction. |
