| 摘 要： | 本文分析了“使用不同浓度混合熔盐进行多阶段离子交换的方法”用于制备球对称ＧＲＩＮ球形光学器件的可能性，导出了所得ＧＲＩＮ分布的级数解。对广义Ｌｕｎｅｂｕｒｇ微球透镜所进行的数值计算，获得了最佳工艺条件和满意的ＧＲＩＮ分析。

| Abstract: | It is analysed that the possibility of manufacturing spherical symmetric GRINsphere micro-lenses with method of using mixed moltensalts through multi-step ion-exchanges, and the series solution of the GRIN distribution is derived.By rigorousnumerical calculation the optimal technical conditions formaking the generalized Luneb-urg micro-lens gives with this new method and the satisfactery GRIN distributions areobtained. |
