| 摘 要： | 阐述了善治与信访工作的相关性和以善治为目标改革我国信访制度的必然性，指出了我国信访制度中存在的问题，提出了改革我国目前信访制度的方法：强化责任意识，加大宣传力度，创新工作机制，加强信访监督，健全法律体系。

| Abstract: | The relativity between good governance and complaint reporting is expounded, and the inevitability of taking good governance as the target of complaint reporting system reform of China is discussed. The problems existing in the complaint reporting system of China are pointed out. The methods that reform the complaint reporting system of our country are proposed： strengthening the consciousness of responsibility, enhancing the propaganda, reinforcing the innovation of working mechanism, strengthening the supervision of complaint reporting, and perfecting the legal system, etc. |
