| Abstract: | The Cyber Space includes enriched spiritual content of mankind rational, the levels of consist of means rational, value rational, rational of manipulate, rational of linkup etc. Means rational and value rational can get coexistence and interaction between each other on the "flat" of the Cyber Space. Man can accomplish continual promotion and all-side development by interaction. |
