凝胶干燥温度对CoFe2O4/SiO2纳米复合材料的影响

摘    要:采用溶胶.凝胶法制备了CoFe2O4/SiO2纳米复合粉末.利用热重/差热综合热分析仪、X射线衍射研究了凝胶干燥温度对CoFe2O4/SiO2纳米复合粉末的结构和晶粒尺寸的影响.结果表明。提高凝胶干燥温度有利于形成完整的二氧化硅网络,从而实现CoFe2O4晶粒的有效细化.

Abstract:CoFe2O4/SiO2 nano-composites were prepared by the sol-gel method.The influence of drying temperature on the microstructure and crystalline size of CoFe2O4/SiO2 nano-composites were investigated by TG/DTA and XRD.Furthermore,the influence of the initial drying temperature on particle size of CoFe2O4 suggests that a well-established silica network provides more restriction on the growth of CoFe2O4 particles.
