入世,给大学生培养带来了新的课题。高校在人才培养量的扩张同时,还应注重人才质的提高,深入分析WTO的规则。原则以及蕴含于其中的法的价值理念,在既有的人才培养目标定位上,加强法律意识教育,引导大学生树立规则意识、公平竞争意识、诚信意识、权利与义务平衡意识、可持续发展意识,努力培养社会需要的、与国际社会接轨的、具有发展空间的新型大学生。

Enhancing College Students'''' Law Consciousness Education after Entering into WTO

China's entry into WTO brings new questions of how to educate the collgeg students. Now the number of college students is increasing. For colleges, students' quantity is important, but more important is their quality. So college educators need to analyze the rules, principles and legal values of the WTO. In order to facilitate the college students to update the development of internal and international society, educators also need to enhance law consciousness education, and to help the college students be equipped with necessary law consciousness, such as obeying the rules, being trustworthy, fair competition, rights and obligations, and continuous development.
