摘    要:本文利用丙酸或DMF作溶剂,用邻羟基苯甲醛、苯甲醛与吡咯反应合成了5-邻羟基苯基-10,15,20-三苯基卟啉.探讨了反应温度、溶剂等条件对反应的影响,再用所合成的卟啉分别与Co2+,Cd2+,Zn2+金属离子反应合成配合物.尝试了用不同的方法对产物进行分离,利用核磁、红外和紫外光谱对产物进行了表征.并对其进行了荧光、磷光生物分析的应用性研究.

Abstract:5-o-Hydroxylphenyl-10,15,20-triphenylporphyrin was synthesized by o-hydroxyl benzaldehyde,benzaldehyde and pyrrol in this paper,which used the proionic acid or DMF as solvent.The influence for the condition of reaction temperature and solvent were discussed.And the metal complexes were synthesized by the porphyrin with Co2+,Cd2+,Zn2+.The products have been separated Using different methods.The structures were characterized by 1H NMR,IR and UV spectra.The application of the photochromic material and the biological analysis of fluorescence,phosphorescence were researched.
