摘    要:在单缸直喷柴油机上燃用二甲醚和采用排气再循环时,进行了发动机性能和排放的试验研究。结果表明:与燃用柴油相比,发动机燃用二甲醚可以实现无烟燃烧,NOx降低30%,未燃碳氢和CO2排放有所下降;

Abstract:Exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) is used to reduce nitrogen oxide emission of a diesel engine fueled with dimethyl ether. Test results show that 30% reduction of nitrogen oxide emission and smokeless combustion can be achieved for dimethyl ether engine without EGR. With increasing in EGR ratio, the engine thermal efficiency can be kept at the same level and the nitrogen oxide emission reduces largely. The unburned hydrocarbon, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide emissions are increased slightly with creasing in EGR ratio. For a 20% EGR ratio, the nitrogen oxide emission is reduced to 60% of that without EGR.
