| 摘 要： | 为建立中华雪胆中总皂甙和齐墩果酸的含量测定方法,分别采用比色法和高效液相色谱法测定中华雪胆中的总皂甙和齐墩果酸的含量,测得中华雪胆中总皂甙的含量为2.53%,总齐墩果酸的含量为1.15%,游离型齐墩果酸的含量为0.010 5%,该方法操作简便、结果可靠,可用作中华雪胆中总皂甙和齐墩果酸的含量测定.

| Abstract: | To establish a method for determination of total saponins and oleanolic acid in Hemsleya chinensis Cogn.the content of total saponins and oleanolic acid were determinated by colorimetry method and HPLC method respectively.The results were as follows: 2.53?%for total saponins,1.15?% for total oleanolic acid,and 0.010?5?% for dissociative oleanolic acid.The developed method provides a simple and accurate way in detecting the total saponins and oleanolic acid in Hemsleya chinensis Cogn. |
