有机膨润土的制备与表征

摘    要:采用有机胺、季铵盐等有机插层剂对不同膨润土进行有机化处理 ,制备了系列有机膨润土 ,并利用FT -IR ,XRD和TEM对其结构进行了表征 .FT -IR证明有机插层剂已进入膨润土的层间 ;XRD数据表明膨润土的层间距由 1 .48nm增大至 1 .76~ 4.0 6nm .结果表明选择高交换容量的钠基膨润土和长链季铵盐插层剂 ,可制备层间距增加明显的有机膨润土

Abstract:A series of organophilic bentonite(Ben) were prepared from different type bentonite by cation exchange with alkylammonium onium ions and alkylamine, and characterized by FTIR, XRD and TEM etc. The FTIR spectrogram showed that the organic reagents had intercalated into the layers of Ben. Spacing of layers of Ben was detected using X-ray diffractometer and was observed to have increased from 1.48 nm to 1.76~4.06nm. The results show that organophilic Ben wth large spacing of layers can be prepared starting with Ben having high exchange capacibility and long-chain alkylammonium onium ions to intercalate.
