On the Innovation Mechanism and Management of Self-organization Teamwork

The purpose of the paper is to probe the self-organization innovation mechanism in the enterprise and the model of the controlled and self-organized management.The paper puts forward that the theory base of the self-organization teamwork innovation is the intellectual complex adaption system,the intellectual complex adaption system can analyses and explains the self-organization teamwork innovation mechanism,there exists the model of the controlled and self-organized teamwork innovation management and the implemantation strategy.in conclusion,the paper summarises the seE-organization teamwork innovation mechanism and the implementation of the model of the controlled and self-organized management.
