| 摘 要： | 应用透明胶纸肛周粘贴法，对武汉市青山区六所幼儿园２０３１名幼儿进行了蛲虫感染情况调查，总感染率为８．７６％，其中男性感染率为１０．９９％，女性感染率为６．５２％，对其中一所幼儿园每次检出感染者采用连续３ａ，每年２次口服肠虫清（２００ｍｇ／（人．次））的方法进行防江并观察效果，三年的感染率逐年下降，分别为９．２９％，７．０２％和６．４１％，这表明，对蛲虫感染者进行服药防治，有一定的疗效。

| Abstract: | For surveying the pinworm infection rate and prevention effect among kindergarten children in Wuhan,adhesive-tape techniques and Albendazole are used.The results show that the overall infection rate was 8.76%(178/2031),with 10.99% for male (112/1019) and 6.52% for female (66/1012).The prevention effect of Albendazole for 3 years are 9.29%(29/312),7.02%(25/356)and 6.41%(22/343)respectively. |
