The strategic conformity of enterprise crisis management, organizational learning and knowledge management

In this paper,firstly we introduce the dynamic development model of enterprise crisis management,and consider organizational learning and the supply of knowledge are the important factors in success.Secondly,we point out we should use the mode of triple loop learning for guarantee the validity of thinking mode and the effect of learning;At last,we set up the process of implementation and strategy of knowledge management with the mode of triple loop learning which assure the supply of knowledge of enterprise crisis management.
