| Abstract: | The article,by means of perturbation method,deduces the relationshipbetween complex permittivity of a lossy dielectric film and propagationconstant when the film is placed at the center of the wide wall of arectangular waveguide.Based on the relationship,a simple method tomeasure the complex permittivity of a dielectric film is given.Goodexperimental results were obtained. |
