| 摘 要： | 实施教学督导制,是高校保证和提高教学质量的一项重要举措。为保证教学督导工作的顺利开展,充分发挥教学督导团(组)和教学督导人员的作用,必须对其进行正确定位。本文认为,教学督导团(组)是高校教学管理系统中的参谋机构,教学督导人员是高校教学管理系统中的参谋人员。

| Abstract: | Putting the teaching supervise into effect is one of the important measures of the universities to assure and improve the teaching quality.We must fix their position correctly as we have to ensure the promotion of the teaching supervision and give full scope to the teaching supervisors.The author points out that the group of teaching supervision is the staff institute in the system of teaching management in the universities and the teaching supervisors are the staff in it. |
