| 摘 要： | 采用有限差分法分析叠层介质谐振器的特性，计算结果和文献及实验数据相比，吻合得很好。用文中提出的叠层介质谐振器可对介质基片局部复介质常数进行测量。

| Abstract: | This paper analysed numerically the superposed dielectric resonators byFDM. The numerical results are in very good agreement with the availablepublished results and measured results. With this strueture,it is possible to determine the local complex permittivityof M. I, C substrates. |
