基于CAN总线的印染联合机同步调速控制系统设计

摘    要:针对印染工业中印染联合机同步调速控制系统的特点,结合现场总线技术尤其是CAN总线技术在国内的推广应用,完成了控制系统的设计。该系统是基于PC机作为上位监控计算机,多单元同步控制器和温度控制器等作为下住机的遵循CAN通信规程的通信系统。文中对系统的硬件结构和软件设计进行了深入的研究和系统的阐述,提出了实现方案。

Abstract:This paper designs the control system of synchronization of timing on printing and dyeing joint machine according to the characteristic of this system as well as the application of Field Bus (especially CAN Bus) in our country. In the system, a PC acts as the monitor computer and the multi cell synchronous controllers and temperature controllers act as the intelligent nodes. They communicate with each other in accordance with the CAN Protocol. This paper lucubrates the hardware structure and software design of the system and puts forward the scheme of implementation.
