| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了学校体育是全民健康身运动的基础，但在世纪交替学校体育面临严峻挑战重要关头，全民健身计划为学校体育改革提供了基准点；根据全民健身计划对学校体育新要求，提出了学校体育改革的内容和措施，以便促进全民健身计划在学校体育中的开展和实施。
