基于空间几何光学车灯线光源优化分析

摘    要:针对普通汽车照明用灯水平线光源长度优化问题,应用空间几何光学、圆锥曲线数学模型、空间矢量合成以及微元化理论,得出了车灯水平线光源长度优化问题的基本理论模型以及解决方案,即利用光照测试屏上特殊点累积光强度比求取水平线光源长度的新方法,经计算得出,车灯前方25m、照射宽度约10m的范围,符合实际要求,具有经济实用性。

Abstract:Directed at the horizontal line source's optimization in the design of ordinary motor's headlamp, the paper introduces a basic theoretical model and solution to the design of line source by using space geometrical optics, conics mathematics model, spatial vector synthesis and quantization theory. The new method involves the calculation of the length of horizontal line source utilizing the accumulative light intensity ratio of the special location on the testing screen. The calculation gives a range of 10 m widths at the position of 25 m in front of the headlamp after the calculations. The method is up to the standard and offers a higher economic practicality.
