| 摘 要： | 在对大型集群工程项目建设采用"独立第三方综合考评"制度的数据进行分析的基础上,基于项目施工综合考评的指标体系,建立了模糊层次综合考评模型一和模型二,通过实际项目的计算及对比分析,证明了模型二对实际施工单位评价的拟合度高,更切合实际,为综合考评提供了定量依据,也为大型工程项目建设的考评提供了可供借鉴的方法.

| Abstract: | Based on the index system on comprehensive assessment of project construction,this paper analyses datas of "the independent third-part comprehensive assessment" system for the construction of large engineering project.Hence,Model I and Model II were established for fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive assessment.Through calculation and contrastive analyses of concrete projects,the proof has been found.Model II has greater fitness and more practical than Model I for the real rating of construction units.This model provides the quantitative basis for comprehensive assessment.It can also supply a reference method for the assessment of the prospective large engineering project management. |
