全纳教育理念下对实现我国教育公平的思考

摘    要:全纳教育是国际教育民主化进程中产生的一种新的教育思潮,也是当代国际教育研究的一个新领域.全纳教育理念是在承认个性差异的前提下,让所有学生享有平等教育机会,使每个学生都能获得充分的发展.全纳教育反对歧视和排斥,追求教育公平的理想.运用全纳教育理念审视我国目前的教育现状,发现还存在诸多不公平现象,我们应在全纳教育理念指导下着手消除教育中的不公平现象.

Abstract:Inclusive education is a new educational current that is produced in the progress of international democratic education,and it is also a new realm of the contemporary international educational research.The principle of inclusive education which admits individual difference makes all students have the equal educational opportunity,and makes each student acquire full development.It objects to any discrimination and exclusion,and pursues educational equity.There are many unfair phenomena in the departure,procession and result of education when we use the principle of inclusive education to survey the present education of our country.We should eliminate these unfair educational phenomena from the fields of society,government,school and family,etc,with the guidance of the inclusive education principle.
