| Abstract: | Connecting with the practice of the sci-tech novelty retrieval work, this paper analyzes on some problems that are easy to be ignored in the novelty retrieval work from five aspects of the novelty retrieval targets, novelty retrieval points, Internet retrieval, novelty retrieval conclusions and examination/verification, and advances some corresponding solving methods. |
