缙云山常绿阔叶林土壤酶活性与土地肥力的关系

摘    要:对缙云山常绿阔叶林土壤酶活性与土壤肥力的关系进行了研究。结果表明:有机质、全氮、水解氮、有效磷、有效钾之间存在着密切的相关关系;过氧化氢酶、转化酶、酸性磷酸酶活性与有机质、全氮、水解氮、有效磷、有效钾也存在着密切的相关关系,多酶氧化酶活性与有机质、全氮、有效磷密切相关;不同土壤酶活性彼此之间均存在着密切的关系;土壤酶活性可以作为评价缙云山常绿阔叶林土壤肥力水平的指标。

Abstract:The relationship between soil enzymatic activity and fertility of the evergreen broad-leaved forest in the Jinyun Mountain has been studied. The results are as follows: Organic matter, total nitrogen, available nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium have close relationship. Activities of catalase, invertase, acid phosphatase have close correlation with organic matter, total nitrogen, available nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium. The activity of polyphenol oxidase has close correlation with organic matter, total nitrogen and available phosphorus. Different enzyme activity of soil has close correlation. It is reasonable that the enzyme activity of soil is used as an index to evaluate fertility of soil of the evergreen broad-leaved forest in the Jinyun Mountain.
