| 摘 要： | 为探讨染色体异常对男性生殖状况的影响，对生殖中心就诊的1483例生殖异常的男性进行外周血染色体培养，G显带，必要时C显带后核型分析．结果检出异常核型301例（20．30％），其中性染色体异常227例（15．31％），常染色体异常73例（4．92％），性反转1例（0．07％）．结论：男性染色体异常会造成男性睾丸发育不良、生精功能障碍，导致不育、或其妻不良孕产史的发生，影响男性生殖．

| Abstract: | In order to examine the relationship between chromosomal abnormalities and male reproductive conditions,the peripheral blood lymphocytic culture and harvest were performed according to standard methods in 1 483 patients.We also analyzed the karyotype after G or C band preparation.Results showed that 301(20.30%) of abnormal karyotype were found in 1 483 patients.There were 227 cases(15.31%) of abnormal sex chromosome,73 cases(4.92%) of abnormal autosomal and 1 case of sexual inversion(0.07%).Our conclusion w... |
