高职专业实行学分制管理的可行性研究

摘    要:适应高职专业的教学与生源特点 ,实施学分制将有利于学生的个性发展及综合素质的提高、调动教与学双方的积极性和教学资源的优化配置。推行学分制将会面临师资、教学场馆及教学管理等软硬件条件的制约 ,在实施时应遵循因地制宜、以点带面和循序渐进等原则。目前 ,高职专业学分制可采取弹性学制、课程分类设置、导师制等不同的管理措施

Abstract:Instituting credit system in technical colleges will benefit students in their individual and comprehensive development, mobilize teachers′ and students′ enthusiasm and help to make rational use of teaching resources. But colleges should implement this system in proper orders according to their own conditions, due to the constraints such as lack of teachers, teaching facilities and teaching management. At present, flexible study years, course classifying design and tutor system can be adopted in implementing this system.
