45钢的激光表面合金化研究

摘    要:本文探讨采用2kW CO_2连续激光束对45钢表面进行铬合金化处理后,合金化层的组织和抗腐蚀性能以及激光束的扫描速度对合金化层的深度、宽度、铬含量、硬度、表面粗糙度的影响.结果表明:激光合金化可以显著改善45钢的抗腐蚀性能。

Abstract:This paper deals with the structure, the corrosion resistance of chromium alloying layer of steel No. 45 by a 2kW CO2 continual laser beam and the effect of laser beam travel speed on the depth, width, chromimum content, hardness and surface roughness of alloying layer. It is shown that for a given beam diameter, the depth and width of alloying layer decreases with an increase of laser beam travel speed and the chromium content of alloying layer increases with an increase of laser beam travel speed. However, there is a maxium on the curve for the relationship between laser beam travel speed and roughness of alloying surface. The resistance to corrosion of steel No.45 can be markedly improved by such alloying.
