银杏产品中有效成份的HPLC测定

摘    要:对银叶提取物、花粉及雄株小孢子叶球中有效成分进行了HPLC法测定,结果表明,银杏叶提取物中总内酯含量为6.47%(W/W)总黄酮含量为28.22%(W/W);花粉中总黄酮含量为1.64%(W/W),主要苷元为山奈酚;银杏雄株小孢子叶球(去花粉)中总黄酮含量为0.35%(W/W);花粉和叶球中均未检出内酯。

Abstract:The analytical technique of HPLC has been developed for the determination of Ginkgo biloba L . related products. The experimental results showed that the tested sample of Ginkgo biloba extract(GBE) of contained 6.47% ( w/w ) of ginkolide and 28.22% ( w/w ) of flavonol glycoside. And 1.64% ( w/w ) of flavonol glycoside, mainly kaempferol, was found in a pollen sample. In a sample of microspore leafball of male, 0.35%( w/w ) of flavonol glycoside was determined and no ginkolide in the pollen sample and leafball sample was found.
