| 摘 要： | 危险货物运输事故频发,造成了人员、财产和环境的重大损失。究其原因,是多方面的。运用人-机-环境系统工程理论,对危险货物运输系统中的人、机、环境三大要素及其对运输事故的影响进行分析并提出些许注意事项,以达到减少危险货物运输事故的目的。

| Abstract: | Recently,accidents occur frequently in the transportation of dangerous cargo.It causes great loss in personnel,possession and environment.Researching the cause,there are many aspects.Three point man-machine-environment of the dangerous cargo transportation system are analyzed,as well as their influence on transportation accidents.And some security proceeding are brought forward.The aim is that the accidents in the transportation of dangerous cargo could be reduced. |
