摘    要:高压电源已广泛的应用于军事、医疗、航空、通信等多个领域。随着电力电子技术的不断发展,人们对高压电源的智能化程度提出了更高的要求。针对高压电源在工作参数、稳定性以及智能控制等多方面的要求,研制了一种以单片机为控制核心,典型电路为基础的高压电源控制电路。电路中以单片机STC12C5410AD为控制主体,采用数字化控制,结合C语言编程,构建一个高压采样、信息反馈、单片机控制调压的闭合控制电路,该电路具有适应范围广、电路结构简单、安全系数高等特点,且能够长时间稳定的维持高压电源正常输出30kV/3mA。

Abstract:Today's society,the high voltage power supply in daily production is widely used in the life.As a product of the new era of development,high voltage power supply has been widely used in military,medicine,aerospace,communications,and other fields.Continuous innovation as the power electronic technology,people put forward higher requirements on the degree of intelligent high voltage power supply.This article in view of the high voltage power supply in the working parameters,stability,and to meet the requirements of intelligent control and other aspects,developes a kind of high voltage power supply control circuit with the single chip processor as the core,is based on a typical circuit.The Single-chip microcomputer(STC12C5410AD)is the main circuit of the control,using PWM control,with C programming language in software to build a high voltage sampling,information feedback,single-chip microcomputer control the closing of the voltage regulator control circuit,that has wide adaptation.The circuit has simple structure and high safety coefficient.The 30 kv high voltage power supply can be stable for a long time to maintain the normal output.
