以课程块为基础的双层次实训教学模式的研究与实践

提高学生的实践能力、培养学生的应用能力是当今教育发展的重要方向。首先对以往教学改革的模式进行了分析总结,以往的教学改革主要从教学方法和教学手段等方面进行改革,缺乏对学生综合应用能力的培养,为此提出了＂以课程块为基础的双层次实训教学模式＂。单门课程的基础实训通过合理的基本题目训练使学生掌握基本知识的运用。综合实训的内容涉及到多门课程的知识,通过理论知识在实际项目中的运用,培养学生对知识的综合运用能力。对双层次实训教学模式的设计、实施步骤和特色进行了阐述,并介绍了在实践教学中取得的成效。实践结果表明,该实训教学模式有助于提高学生的实践能力,培养了学生的职业精神,提升了学生的就业竞争力,对培养应用型人才有重要意义。

Study and practice on two-level practical teaching model based on courses block

Today,education has a significant trend on raising student＇s application ability and practical ability.In this paper,the former teaching reform patterns were summarized firstly.Previous teaching reforms improved teaching effect mainly through teaching methods and teaching means,but lacked of the training of student＇s synthesis application ability.So we proposed a new＂two-level practical＂teaching model.In this model,basic training makes students grasp the use of elementary knowledge through some basic subjects,while the comprehensive training include much knowledge of different courses,through the theoretical knowledge＇s application in actual projects,cultivates student＇s synthesis application ability.This paper introduces the design,implementation steps and features of＂two-level practical＂teaching model,and introduces the effectiveness in practice teaching.The result of practice shows that this practical-training teaching scheme can help students to improve their practical abilities,cultivate students＇professionalism,improve students＇employment competitiveness,thus it has great significance for cultivating people of practical type.
