历史时期人口迁移与淮北地区社会变迁

由于战乱和灾荒等原因，历史时期淮北地区既是一个民众移出的地区，又是一个大规模民众移入的地区。历史时期的人口迁移严重阻碍了淮北地区的经济社会发展进程，加速了该地区的社会变迁，主要体现在：一是引发资源抢夺，形成流民，激化社会矛盾，破坏了社会稳定；二是导致财富减少以及生产方式、经营理念、生活方式等落后，改变了原有的经济结构；三是促使民风、民俗趋于恶化，方言出现新的特征。在淮北地区的社会变迁过程中，移民起到了较大的消极作用，是该地区经济社会衰落的重要因素之一。

The Historical Migrant and the Social Change in the North Area of the Huai River

Because of the war turmoil and famine, the north area of the Huai River was both an emigrant and immigrant place on a large scale in history. The historical migration influenced the development process of economy and society in this area, and accelerated the social change. It mainly reflected that firstly, the situation then initiated snatch about resources, causing migrants, intensifying the social contradiction, which destroyed social stability; secondly, the situation caused the reduction of wealth and the backwardness of mode of production, managing idea and life style, which changed the original economic structure; thirdly, it gave rise to the deterioration of the folkway and custom and the new feature in the dialect. During the change process of the north area of the Huai River, the migrants played a negative role relatively, which was one of the important factors leading to the decline of the local economy.
