摘    要:依据事业单位人事制度改革“脱钩、分类、放权、搞活”的总体目标,建主符合事业单位自身特点,能够增强其活力,自主、灵活、多样的工资分配制度,巳成为事业单位人事制度改革的关键。论述了深化事业单位工资分配制度改革的意义,基本原则,改革的目标及9种分配模式。

Abstract:According to overall target of personal system reformation such as breaking off relations, classifying, transferring power to lower levels and enlivening, how to establish distribution system of the wage, which is not only suited self-feature of institution and can enhance its vigour but also is independent flexible and diversified in management, have become the key of personal system reformation. This paper discusses the significance, basic principle, reforming target and nine methods about deepening reformation of wage distribution system of the institution.
